Kyo No Oto Ink – 40ml bottle – No. 4 Yamabuki Iro (Yellow)

Made in Kyoto, Japan, Kyoto no Oto is a series of writing inks that reproduce the traditional Japanese colors used since the Heian period with modern techniques and interpretations. They are produced in small batches and each name reveals both a color and a story.
 
Yamabuki iro is the color of the bright yellow gold Kerria japonica flower, also known as the Japanese Marigold, or yamabuki in Japan.
 
Because they are produced by the TAG Stationery store in Kyoto, they are also known as TAG or TAG Kyoto inks.
