Ohto’s Minimo ballpoint pen is the absolute smallest, most compact pen that we have come across. At a whopping 91mm (3.5″) long (a bit larger than a D1 refill), and available in multiple colors, the Minimo can fit literally anywhere you need it to be.
 
The Minimo uses a top button to advance the ink refill and a side button to release it.
 
The 0.5mm cartridge is replaceable and lays down a lovely fine line.
